WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To get the most out of the 7 workouts, you’ll need just a few small props or easy alternatives you already have at home:

You'll want light dumbbells or household items that are easy to hold eg. tins.

A versatile piece of equipment but if you're without, you can use a small cushion in place.

Pilates Ball
