Click here to register for Move At Home. Once you have entered your details, you will be given a login to our dedicated online platform. You will receive instant access to our bank of workout videos and community features of Move At Home.
Most of the workouts are minimal weight only but we recommend having the following basic equipment to get the most out of our sessions:

Mat/towel

Dumbbell pair (4-6kg)

Small hand weights (1.5kg-3kg) - you can use tins or water bottles!

Looped resistance bands

For pilates only: Small ball and pilates ring

Optional extra: Kettlebell (6kg-12kg) & Ankle weights

Absolutely. Move At Home is designed to support all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Every workout is guided by your coach, Meg, with clear instructions and visual demonstrations to help you feel confident in your form and movement.
You can take each session at your own pace and build up gradually, there’s no pressure to keep up or push beyond your comfort zone.
You won’t miss a thing. The live workouts are recorded and uploaded to our bank of videos so you can catch up at your convenience.
Please note: there is no set timetable for the live workouts. They may be on different days/times each week but you will receive a notification in advance.
You can cancel your Move At Home subscription at anytime. Please allow 30 days notice for cancellation.
