What's included in 1:1 Coaching?

  • An initial consultation where we find out more about your goals, what you hope to achieve from 1:1 coaching and a questonnaire on nutrition.

  • Structured weekly workouts tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level – whether you're a beginner or experienced in the gym. We can adapt to your schedule and using whatever equipment you have access to (including home or gym-based workouts).

  • Balanced, flexible nutrition guidance that fits into real life. No extremes, no restrictions. You’ll receive a full nutrition breakdown including calories, macronutrients, protein target and suggested meals. Meal plans are provided but you will always be guide through a flexible dieting approach from long term and sustainable results.

  • Stay accountable with regular check-ins, plus 24 hour support through our app for questions, wins and wobbles.

  • With our 1:1 coaching packages, you receive access to Move At Home - our dedicated online platform for on-demand workout videos, challenges and community features.

  • Exclusive fitness & nutrition education delivered in a relaxed conversation-style podcast PLUS episodes on mindset around health & fitness.

  • Learn how to create sustainable habits that actually stick.

  • We look at the bigger picture – from sleep and stress to routines and recovery – to help you feel your best, inside and out.

NUTRITION-ONLY COACHING

We also offer a nutrition-only coaching option if you’re looking to improve your habits, boost energy, or better understand how to fuel your body – without a training plan.

 

It’s the same level of support, just focused on food and lifestyle.

Support that’s honest, empowering, and made for real life

At Move Coaching, we won’t tell you to train 6x a week, eat chicken and rice, or give up your social life. We coach women through sustainable lifestyle changes that last.

 

We’re here to guide you, challenge you when you need it, and celebrate every step forward – no matter how small.

FAQs

  • Access to a gym in preferred but not essential. Home equipment needs to be medium to heavy (minimum 20kg eg. 10kg dumbbell pair or barbell).

  • Of course - we offer training plans for complete beginners. Whether you are training from home with limited kit or new to a gym environment, we will build the plan for you and support you along the way. 

  • You’ll receive weekly check-ins with your coach, access to a private community support group, and a weekly private podcast. This ensures you’re not only accountable, but also feel fully supported and seen regularly. There is an option to add a quarterly call/Facetime too for extra support.

  • 1:1 Coaching is a 3 month minimum sign up. The full 3 month programme is £375. This is non-refundable. 

     

    After the initial 3 month period period, 1:1 coaching is offered at £120 per month.

  • We limit the amount of monthly 1:1 coaching clients to be able to offer in-depth support to those that we work with. This isn’t a set-and-forget programme. We work closely with our 1:1 coaching clients to ensure their programmes are working for their schedules, lifestyles and training preferences. 

  • Yes, we do. 1:1 Nutrition-Only Coaching is a 3 month minimum sign up. The full 3 month programme for nutrition-only coaching is £300. This is non-refundable. 

    After the initial 12 week period, 1:1 Nutrition-Only Coaching is offered at £95 per month. 

  • We require a non-refundable upfront payment for the initial 3-month block. From there after, please allow 30 days minimum notice for cancellation of contract.
