Meg is the founder of Move Coaching and the face behind our signature Move at Home workouts.

 

She splits her time between coaching 1:1 clients, teaching online classes, and running her two other fitness businesses – VOLT Studio Fitness and Cloud Pilates.

 

Known for her peachy workouts and no-nonsense coaching style, Meg is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident and empowered through movement.

 

Her approach is supportive, direct and rooted in real-life experience, because she’s been where you are and she knows what works for the long term.

Hi, I'm Meg - Founder of Move Coaching.

Movement has always been part of my life. After graduating with a First Class BA Degree in Dance, I discovered that working out gave me the same feel-good endorphins as dancing. In 2018, I took the leap and qualified as a Personal Trainer and I’ve never looked back.

 

In-person fitness classes and private personal training followed, where my aim was to create a space that was away from the traditional ‘gym environment’ to nurture confidence and empower all women through training, nutrition and mindset.

 

I started Move At Home back in 2020, during a time when everything felt uncertain and routines had been turned upside down.

What began as a way to help women keep moving through lockdowns, quickly grew into something much bigger - a supportive online community of women where we come together through fitness and wellbeing.

 

It wasn’t about losing weight or chasing perfection. It was about creating consistency, building strength and showing up for yourself, even on the hardest of days.

 

As more women joined our community, I saw how important simple, sustainable habits and honest support was.

 

So, I developed Move Coaching into what it is today: a full coaching platform offering 1:1 support,

Support Coach

Abbi supports our 1:1 clients with personalised coaching plans that combine structured training and balanced nutrition without the restriction.

 

She’s our go-to foodie, known for creating delicious, healthy recipes and offering practical advice on supplements and fuelling your body well.

 

With a calm, encouraging presence and a passion for education, Abbi helps clients stay consistent, build confidence and actually enjoy the process along the way.

 

Her goal is to make healthy living feel simple, realistic and sustainable.
