You can sign up anytime. As soon as you purchase, you’ll receive access to your welcome content and information hub. Your personalised nutrition plan and official start date will be delivered within 7 days.
Most of the workouts are minimal equipment only but we recommend having the following basic equipment to get the most out of our sessions.

1 x Kettlebell (8-12kg) or Dumbbell pair (4-6kg)

Small hand weights (1.5-3kg) - you can use tins or water bottles!
